In recent years, vocational education has developed rapidly. However, due to the management mode in vocational colleges and the influence of traditional education mode, vocational colleges considers the master of the theoretical knowledge as the teaching goal, which means they are vulnerable to ignore the individuality and characteristics of teachers and students, to ignore the dynamic interaction and the integrated use of various teaching elements during the process. The characteristic of vocational education is not highlighted either. At the same time, vocational colleges pay too much attention to results, rather than emphasize the process, failing to monitor the quality of teaching. Knowing human learning process better and better, the teaching process is no longer a "black box". The impact of teaching, learning and the interaction between teachers and students on the teaching results have become the consensus of educational circles. Modern management focuses on results and value, but value is not achieved overnight, so the management of vocational college must be geared to the needs of process. To successfully manage the process ensures the excellence of the education. It is necessary for vocational colleges to establish the quality management system, because an effective management is inseparable if you want to achieve the goal of education. Effective management not only helps form good order of learning, but it is also an important condition in achieving educational objectives.This paper summed up the characteristics of teaching management and the problems on ensuring the teaching quality in vocational colleges through studies on the teaching process and the quality control standards, which are not well received in home and abroad. To analyze how the process management idea and method are applied to the actual education quality management based on the experience of a school. Try to figure out the problems existing in the teaching process from the perspective of process management with an effort to provide vocational colleges with a scientific basis for the continuous improvement of teaching quality and the effective evaluation standards. Finally get the final conclusion through theoretical and empirical analysis. Achieve the goal of education through establishing a sound system of teaching quality, standardizing the teaching process, building the monitoring system of teaching quality, and establishing teaching quality evaluation system.
