This thesis research mainly adopts questionnaire survey’s form. With the teachers in the colleges and universities of Jiangxi province as the research object, through the self-made questionnaire " Questionnaire of the job satisfaction of university teachers in Jiangxi province ", the purpose of this thesis is as follows:tries to investigate and make statistical analysis of the job satisfaction, analyzes the current job satisfaction level, finds out the problems, and make a preliminary discussion on the main influencing factor and the difference degree factors affecting job satisfaction. Thus the thesis is to be discussed from the four perspectives of interpersonal relations, salary and benefits, promotion mechanism, the working pressure of the four dimensions. In view of the present situation of Jiangxi province university teachers’job satisfaction, it will focus on how to improve teachers’ comments to the Jiangxi province university teacher management.Before the investigation, there wasn’t any study for the job satisfaction of university teachers in Jiangxi province. This reflects a serious fact:the attention to the job satisfaction of university teachers in Jiangxi province is not that much; scholars who are interested in this research are not many. Based on the results of the survey, the job satisfaction of university teachers in Jiangxi province is not high, instead it is of medium level. The relatively low satisfaction is mainly on two aspects:salary and benefits, working pressure.Finally, this paper, based on the results of the investigation, puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the job satisfaction of university teachers in Jiangxi province, and provides reference for university administrators, so as to enhance the job satisfaction level of university teachers, and to improve the working enthusiasm, teaching quality, the management performance of teachers in universities, and for the purpose to create a Harmonious Society.
