This study is on the base on fully explored connotation of self-forgiveness, influencing factors, and the theoretical model in combination with the results of open questionnaire and structural interview to inventing the questiotmaire of eollege students’ situational self-forgiveness questionnaire and measurement of college students’ self forgiveness.Attribution inventory self-esteem scale, combined with college students as the research object, the depth of the Students’ self-forgiveness and attribution, and self-esteem relationship.Provides a new method to improve the level of self-forgiveness for college students, the promotion of mental health.The main findings are as follows:(1) Prepared students situational self-forgiveness scale has good reliability, validity, consists of two latitude:self-revenge and self-kind.(2) On the whole, college students have high level of self-forgiveness. Reduce self-retaliation is easier than self-kind.(3) Judging from the demographic variables, is easier for girls to self-forgiveness than boys; easier than high grade students in lower grades, self forgiveness; non-only child more than the one-child self-forgiveness.(4) Judging from the situational variabless:higher degree of the offender deliberately, more serious of the consequences the offender perceived,longer distance the events occur, more offenders are not self-forgiveness; after the events occurred, the victim’s forgiveness that offender percept affect the level of self-forgiveness. Apology and relationship intimacy of the self-forgiveness.(5) Attribution, self-esteem and self-forgiveness were closely related. Self-respect was in signifieant negative correlmion with introversion attributed,stability attributed.in signifieant correlmion with controllable attributed;introversion attributed,stability attributed was in signifieant correlmion with self-revenge,in signifieant negative correlmion with self-kind and self retaliation; controllable attributed was in signifieant negative correlmion with self-revenge in signifieant correlmion with self-kind and self retaliation; Self-respect was in signifieant correlmion with self-revenge, in signifieant negative correlmion with self-kind and self retaliation.(6) Self-esteem of introversion, stability, controllability and predictive capability have reached a significant level. The introversion attribution, attribution of stability of the predictive ability of self-forgiveness reach a significant level.the the controllable attribution of the predictive ability of self-forgiveness did not reach a significant level. Esteem on self revenge, self and good predictive ability of self-forgiveness reach a significant level to respectively of the variance.(7) Immanence attributed stability attributed played a mediating role between self-esteem and self-forgiveness. Self-esteem can be a direct impact on the self-forgiveness, the immanence attributed the stability is attributed to indirect effects of self-forgiveness.
