Along with the development of education career and the continuously deepen ofChina’s new curriculum reform, more and more people pay attention to the teachereducation present situation and development. Currently speaking, normal education isstill the important form of our country teachers’ pre-work education. In the currentnormal education training plan and mode, normal education usually consists of threeparts, that is, education theory knowledge, professional discipline knowledge andteaching practice, however teaching practice is an important component in normalcolleges training target and curriculum plan, and it plays an important role in thegrowth process of normal school students. After systemic studying and accumulationof education theory knowledge and subject knowledge, successful completion ofteaching practice and good performance of the normal school students mark thestudents accept a complete teachers’ pre-work education. Teaching practice not onlypractice and enhance the interns’ teaching skills and practice ability, but also test thetheoretical knowledge, discipline knowledge learning. Fragment type knowledgestorage change into comprehensive ability of interns actual teaching and practice.However, the interns whether finish practice task, whether reach training plan aimsand level, whether get the teachers’ level, and the achievement of these problemsdepends on comprehensive, objective, scientific teaching practice evaluation.The author read some literatures about foreign relevant teaching practiceevaluation, after summarizing, found that compared with the various problems ofdomestic teaching practice, and led by the countries that teachers education isdeveloped, such as UK and US, their teaching practice evaluation characteristicsembody as diversified evaluation subject, evaluation process fucus on formativeevaluation, and so on. The internship manual of Ball State University teachers collegecan be used as typical model of foreign teacher practice evaluation, aims to introduceperformance evaluation implementation model that founded by themselves. Thismode is the Ball State University based on INTASC (Interstate New TeacherAssessment and Support Consortium) as the standard, to work out the evaluationtheory framework. It is promulgated by nearly300teachers and students in the twoyears trial and study. The evaluation model emphasizes procedural, aims to promotethe student teachers’ reflection, and it passed the practice test, have certain reliability,and also accord with the relevant law of the teachers professional development. Especially important is that it owns scientificity, advancement, emphasis on practicaland reflective in the practice evaluation subject, content and way.Therefore, the author try to make this evaluation model localization, in order toform a new teaching practice evaluation scheme, and using this scheme makecomprehensive evaluation of combination formative and summative for the D NormalUniversity primary education professional master’s teaching practice situation. It is asolid theoretical foundation, good maneuverable evaluation scheme, and has certaintheory value and practical significance.
