400m is the longest distance project during the sprint project, in the games itneed speed、 endurance and tactics, while as the submaximal exercise it has a higherrequirements on physical fitness for the athletes. In the process of movement,it notonly requets the athlete have better velocity reserve,but also have a better quality ofspeed endurance and the ability to control the speed、rhythm. While the velocityreserve、speed endurance development or movement in the process of distribution andthe competiton rhythm master, are both in related with muscle activity changes. Themuscles activity associated with changes in action potential and can release the EMGsignal, after the EMG signal was extraction and amplification by the instrument, itcan reflect the state of muscle activity accurately. Based on the surface EMG toresearch and analysis the activity features of different muscles in full, it can providereference for coaches to make personalized training program.This paper takes17males athletes as the object of study, they come from theTianjin University of Sport. By the methods of literature, interview method,mathematical statistics method, experimental method as the main method, base on thetime domain and frequency domain parametres of surface sEMG signal, to researchand analysis of surface EMG expectations and late changes, different stage anddifferent muscles involved in spotts, when the athletes feel fatigue,the sEMG signalchanges. Through the experimental study and analysis we draw the followingconclusiongs:1.In the step a complex of different duration, EMG activity were back folding,front to the maximum amplitude phase, under the pressure of tare stage, push-offphase, buffer stage, front process electrical signals of strong, muscular activityintensity greater than any other time. 2.Different muscles in different stages and different duration plays a differentrole, sometimes promote each other sometimes restrict each other,400m players needto increase the lower absolute power to meet the needs of sports, reduced musclenegative influence each other, to promote the improvement of performance.3.Using surface electromyography technology can be in the active state ofathletes, athletes muscle activity were detected, obtain a real and effective data,therefore the multichannel telemetering EMG is a good method to study the naturalcondition of athletes in training muscle activity.4.With the development of science and technology and the deep research on thesurface EMG technology, using action technique of athletes using surface EMGtechnical corrections, strength training, evaluation of muscle activity patterns provideuseful information for coaches, athletes found small differences in action, to helpathletes continue to progress, improve.5、Study of surface EMG in athletes fatigue, will be for the detection of athlete’sfunctional status, exercise reasonable arrangements to provide method is simple, fast,continuously improve the efficiency of the training.6、To promote the development of special technology, promote the sportsdevelopment, diagnosis and comprehensive through electromyography technology,can overcome the traditional negative factors, the training methods were improvedand upgraded, preparation for this team to develop the training plan and means.7、Through the research we concluded that the changes of muscle coordinationand neuromuscular function especially improving technology athletes at the naturaltraining conditions, the multichannel telemetering EMG technique is a very usefulmethod.
