| The live audiences are direct consumers of products and service providing by volleyballleague. It is an effective way to analyze the audience’s the mood and get the feedback from liveaudiences. We can find our merits and demerits, make an adjustment and redeploy the resourceimmediately by using the scientific satisfaction evaluation system to evaluate the audience’ moodand get satisfactory points and service assessment. The mainly aim of this study is to develop acomprehensive and systematic evaluation index system by studying the needs of live audience toprovide a satisfactory measurement tools which can really reflect audience’s thoughts andservice to develop our country’s volleyball league for the main parts of volleyball league and itsorganizer.This study combines the characteristics of our volleyball league closely and provides thesatisfactory evaluation system by methods of expert interview, questionnaire survey andmathematical statistics based on studying the audience satisfactory evaluation system in thedomestic and oversea outcomes.This study has built the volleyball league live audiencesatisfaction index system which is consist of6secondary indexes and20third indexes.Also,53specific evaluation content was derived on the basic of20third indexes.The volleyball leaguelive audience satisfaction evaluation index system was verified by using built index system tomeasure the live audience to have the quality of good applicability. |
