With the growing prosperity of the national economy, people’s material living standardsare rising, to meet the physical and economic needs, we found that there are more and morepeople around the next target the attention on improving the spiritual life."Happiness" and"happiness" as a direct manifestation of the spiritual life and be able to state indicatorscontinue to boom off the people’s discussions. CCTV "go grass roots" investigations showthat throws the phrase "Are you happy?" Since then the community has become a hotdiscussion for quite some time. People desire to have happiness, while also using their ownhappiness to find a different way, as a special group of teachers, teacher’s happiness not onlyto the teachers themselves, but also affect students’ happiness, harmony and development ofeducation and social development. Only teachers to do the job,"happy to teach" in order toenable students to "happily learning" to help students build and create a positive attitudetowards life and sunshine sound personality.The main contents are:Use a combination of questionnaire and interview methods, targeted research careerhappiness Xingtai City school teachers, the survey results indicate that teachers can feel morethan half of the total number of happiness surveys, which come in Xingtai City middle schoolteachers’ professional happiness level is acceptable but not ideal, to be improved.On the basis of empirical studies were summarized from both subjective and objectivefactors that influence happiness secondary school teachers, secondary school on15factorsthat affect teachers’ professional happiness analyzed the survey results indicate that the objectof education, evaluation system, welfare bonuses, are the main factors affecting theachievement of happiness.The investigation concluded interviews for the study, from the teachers themselves, theefforts to improve their "happiness capabilities" and objective, and actively create external "happy environment" two-pronged approach, thinking countermeasures to enhance theprofessional well-being of secondary school teachers.In short, the thesis of Xingtai City vocational high school teachers were happy state ofresearch, analysis of the factors affecting the secondary school teachers’ professionalhappiness, and the corresponding initiatives to enhance the professional well-being ofsecondary school teachers, has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
