Analysis On The Excellent Men’s Gymnastics Parallel Bars Routine Choregraphy Characteristics Of The World

Competitive gymnastics plays an important role in the field of sports in China, itis in the world leading level, and the position of the parallel bars in gymnastics isparticularly prominent, China’s elite athletes have won several honors. With thechanges of Gymnastics rules and a number of outstanding athlete retirement of China,it posed a challenge to the China parallel bars project. Therefore, to grasp thecharacteristics and rules the world’s best players the parallel bars arrangement,according to changes of the rules, and put forward reasonable suggestions on thearrangement on the basis of the new rules, in order to provide theoretical basis forChina’s gymnastics coaches and athletes in the practical training, it have importantpractical significance to improve the level of Chinese men’s parallel bars.This paper take the top eight athletes in the parallel bars project complete sets ofmovements at The41st,42st,43st world gymnastics championship and in2008,2012Olympic gymnastics as the research object,and use the literature, videoanalysis,expert interview method, mathematical statistics.Based on comparativeanalysis of the excellent men’s gymnastics parallel bars routine choregraphycharacteristics of the world,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The total number of complete set of movements affect the sportresult;Complete action group action selection of frequency from high to low in turnfor Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅱ, Ⅴ group actions,and the percentage is changing;Complete setmovement arrangement of start, the middle, end part are large, medium and small;Five groups of action the current action becomes a trend, and there is a certaindifficulty to improve.(2)The difficulty points average of parallel bars complete set of movement isslightly higher than the "D" group, mainly choose "C""D" and "E" group difficulty isgiven priority to, the amount of "D" and "E" groups movement become graduallyclose to,the sets of movement’s D points score rise step by setp gradually.(3)World excellent players parallel bars complete action to complete the qualitygrades into decline, under the bar method have important influence on the quality of E;Complete set of difficulty of movement and action to complete quality into nonlinearinverse proportion; E points score and ranking into nonlinear proportional relationship,E impact on overall than D points,D and E are restricted by each other in the game.
