As development of social market economy in the communism China andsustainable deep promotion of educational reform in every aspect of higher education,social economic elements、 ways of employment and means of distribution haveincreasingly enriched, meanwhile, a series of dramatic changes in students’ minds andideas, value orientations have taken place, which bring some severe challenges andother difficulties to student management in universities and colleges. The studentmanagement in the ideology greatly relies on effectively implementation of studentmanagement policies, eventually leading into results of student management job.Started with executive force of student management policies and related theoryand concepts in the higher vocational college, the paper discusses the current status ofexecutive force of student management policies in the higher vocational college.Taking the higher vocational colleges in Wuhan for example, it makes a dialecticalanalysis of the status mainly covering policy elaboration, policy misinterpretation,policy addition, policy interception, and a factor analysis of system of policyestablishment, organizational structure, executive procedure, executive body andexecutive object etc. The paper focuses on the reasons behind and proposes thesolutions like: scientifically established student management policies, optimizedformal system and cultivated informal institutions, constructed executive organization,improved quality of executive body, rebuilt executive procedures, encouragedhigh-efficiency executive culture, established and perfected evaluation system,suggesting setting up non-government evaluation organization, increasing theinvolvement of students, investing more fund to ensure the improvement of executiveforce in student management. |
