Research On Construct Mechanism Of Education Of Marxist Outlook On Ethnic Groups In Colleges And Universities In Xinjiang

The education of Marxist outlook on ethnic groups is an important part ofideological and political education. As an important social organization, colleges anduniversities is a forward position of ideological and political education for youthsbecoming a useful person. The peculiar background which having numerous ethnicgroups’ component, confluent multicultural, intertwined factors of ethnic and religious,makes education of Marxist outlook on ethnic groups become an important contentsof ideological and political education in colleges and universities in Xinjiang. Forpromoting effectiveness of education of Marxist outlook on ethnic groups for collegesand universities in Xinjiang, helping students of various ethnic groups to have acorrect understanding about ethnic groups, the objective analysis of ethnic problems,the conscious safeguards of unity, the rational cognition of the association betweenethnic groups and country, and the intense identification of the Chinese nation. Itshould be necessary to research how to regroup every factor in education of Marxistoutlook on ethnic groups and to construct the systemic mechanism of education ofMarxist outlook on ethnic groups.The methods of research contains: the association between theory and reality,consulting stuff of literature, the interdisciplinarity, the combinations between thequalitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, etc. Some activities on education ofMarxist outlook on ethnic groups in colleges and universities in Xinjiang has faulty. So, for solving theseproblems, some mechanisms of education should be constructed.The research contains five parts.The first part is introduction. This part explained the bases, significance, line ofthinking, methods, key points, difficulties, innovations and current status of domestic andforeign on research.The second part of research summarized some relevant theories and defined theconception about ethnic groups, outlook on ethnic groups, the Marxist outlook onethnic groups, and the education of Marxist outlook on ethnic groups. This partanalyzed the contents and the necessity of education of Marxist outlook on ethnicgroups. Secondly, this part pointed out “the mechanism on education of Marxistoutlook on ethnic groups” from the definition, inscapes, and talked about therelationship between “the principle and methods of ideological and politicaleducation” and “the mechanism of education of Marxist outlook on ethnic groups”. The third part analyzed the present situation, problems and contributing factorsof education of Marxist outlook on ethnic groups from teachers, students, contents,ways, environments and estimates by questionnaires and interviews.The fourth part is core of the research and talked about how to construct themechanism.The fifth part is the conclusion and focused on the process about structure ofmechanism, then showed deficiencies of this research.
