" Close and consolidate schools " as an important part of Chinese education reform,explore the period from mid80’s has gone through more than twenty years, with profoundconsequences for poor mountainous areas of our country primary school education reform.Because of the development of basic education in poor areas, directly related to the social andeconomic, cultural and other aspects of the development level of the whole area. In recentyears, with the deepening of rural family planning policy, accelerating urbanization, leddirectly to the mountain primary school school-age children, school sector recruits inadequatereduction and a series of phenomena. The layout of the school has not before the mid1980’sto meet the requirements of social development.This paper selected is located in the east of the Taihang Mountain, state-levelpoverty-stricken counties-Tangxian County BaiHe Town mountain primary school whichhas a representative sample as the object of study.
