Over the past decade, the basic education in China is facing unprecedented reform and development. With the advancement of new curriculum reform and the deepening of the education informationization, new ideas of curriculum reform have been gradually deep into the field of education and other areas of society." Advanced teaching theory into teaching concepts is a process of understanding, and the teaching idea into the teaching behavior is a process of practice."As an information technology teacher, it is worth thinking about how to play the roles of new curriculum reform "leader" and education informatization "bellwether". At the same time, in response to the call for "teacher professionalism" all over the world, the United States and other leading countries begin to pay close attention to education development in the initial development of "new teachers". Under this trend, this research attempts to study by new teacher’s behavior in classroom, then analyze its present situation as well as the influcing factors, and finally explore strategies which can quickly improve the new teachers’ teaching behavior.The core of this paper is to study information technology new teacher’s teaching behavior. Considering that the study is carried out in the real teaching situation, this article mainly adopts the narrative research methods and chooses a new junior middle school information technology teacher as the research collaborator. This paper mainly adopts interview, classroom observation and other methods to collect data. Through the record and description of research partner’s teaching behaviors, the paper discusses the influcing factors of teaching behavior, and the improvement strategy of problem behavior, so as to improve their teaching level.This research mainly is divided into five parts:The first part includes the introduction of the origin of the problem, the significance of topic selection, research ideas and research methods, etc. The second part reviews and summarizes the present situation and development of the teaching behavior at home and abroad. The third part is the research design, mainly introducing the research objectives, research contents, research tools, the object of study, the researchers role position and the research process. The fourth part focuses on research object’s actual conditions involving their professional knowledge background, practical background and the initial impression. The fifth part is discussion. From seven aspects to describe and analysis the research partner’s teaching behavior. On this basis, the paper analyzes the cause of the researcher partner’s teaching behavior in detail. Finally, the research put forward concrete strategy for the improvement of teaching behavior.
