B town is located in south of Anji County of Huzhou City, in Zhejiang Province. B town kindergarten is in the charge of Anji County’s education bureau. Anji County is devoting itself to carrying out "Three Promotion", one of which is School-based or Kindergarten-based curriculum’s promotion. Kindergarten-based curriculum’s promotion impel B town kindergarten to develop kindergarten curriculum of science field (which is called science kindergarten-based curriculum in the following). While Anji County establish cooperative relationship with author’s college in "New Socialist Countryside Preschool Education Modernization Study", different town develop different kindergarten-based curriculum, so they should establish cooperative relationship with the experts who is good at their kindergarten-based curriculum. The cooperation is aimed at improving effect of kindergarten-based curriculum. Because author’s supervisor is good at science education in kindergarten, he cooperate with B town kindergarten. Out of author’s interest in kindergarten’s science education, supervisor’s attending and the demand of improving effect of science kindergarten-based curriculum, author decided to research current situation of science kindergarten-based curriculum in B town kindergarten.The research adopted physical analysis, natural observation and interview methods. The author collected physical information as like environment layout, material layout, and text information of kindergarten-based curriculum, and then analysed information after classifying of them. The article’s observation included formal observation and informal observation. The objects of formal observation were kindergarten-based curriculum teaching activities and regional activities. The informal observation hasn’t drawn a plan before, and its objects were random actions and phenomenon which were related with research. The objects of interviews included kindergarten leadership, county bureau manager, family members and community persons. The interviews were intended to acquire the information about the development current situation of kindergarten-based curriculum and functions of interviewee in kindergarten-based curriculum.The research was carried out from three aspects, which are "the achievement in development","curriculum resource utilization" and "curriculum management". The three aspects seem uncorrelated with each other, however, the last two aspects influence the first one. Previous studies have focused on one of three aspects or the first one aspect and one of the remaining two aspects meanwhile. The article presented science kindergarten-based curriculum in three aspects entirely.Research in science kindergarten-based curriculum achievement current situation included five aspects:①development process;②curriculum objectives;③curriculum content;④curriculum implementation;⑤curriculum evaluation. Research in science kindergarten-based curriculum resource utilization current situation included three aspects:①curriculum resource utilization current situation in kindergarten;②curriculum resource utilization current situation in family;③curriculum resource utilization current situation in community. Based on curriculum resource’s properties, the article discussed the current situation of "time and space curriculum resource","equipment and material curriculum resource","manpower curriculum resource" in the above three aspects. Research in science kindergarten-based curriculum management current situation included two aspects, which were "curriculum management of county bureau","curriculum management of kindergarten leader".The article deduced the main conclusions as followings.①the development of science kindergarten-based curriculum has been carried out smoothly and improving constantly, however, the detail project of five aspects of curriculum achievement current situation were required to conform to standard in curriculum theory;②the level of integral kindergarten-based curriculum resource utilization has been low, the variety of curriculum resources that are utilized has been simplex, and the manpower curriculum resources hasn’t been utilized adequately;③science kindergarten-based curriculum management has been taken the form of supervisory control, while the power has been focused on county bureau and kindergarten leader, they have been playing an important role in the development of kindergarten-based curriculum, however, by contrast with them teachers’ impact on the development of kindergarten-based curriculum has been light, who took charge of the kindergarten-based curriculum implementation. The last part of the article,"the achievement of and suggestion to the development of science kindergarten-based curriculum in B town", in the base of integrating the current situation of "the achievement in development","curriculum resource utilization" and "curriculum management", discussed the prominent achievement, outstanding problem and the suggestion to the next development.
