The ideological and political education usability is very strong.In order to better guide the ideological and political education by the human theory of Marxism, better response to and guide the practical problems of the ideological and political education, guarantee the efficient operation of the ideological and political education, Paradigm of the ideological and political education in urgent need of conversion. The current ideological and political education paradigm transform from the ideological and political education of social philosophy paradigm to the ideological and political education of the human theory of Marxism paradigm.The transformation is the result of its own development and environmental changes. In order to fully grasp and scientifically complete the shift, the article uses literature research methods, comparative analysis methods and System research methods to analyze the old paradigm, at the same time,it affirm the active roles of the old paradigm. The author does not forget to point out the drawbacks of it. As a basis for further analysis, the author repositioned the ideological and political education of the human theory of Marxism paradigm, clarified and steadfast the future direction of the ideological and political education paradigm. Conversion study about the ideological and political education paradigm stays the level of identify problems and criticism of the existing paradigms. There are no specific strategies for the solution of the practical problems. Thus, the author proposed several ways for it. The following is the structure of the article.The first part:Introduction. It systematically analyzes the significances of the shift between the two paradigms, summarizes the current situation research of the ideological and political education paradigm.The second part:As a starting point in the generation of the evolution of human thought and Marxist human thought, the author gave a brief introduction of the Marxist human, distinguished the human thought and Marxist human thought, proved that the Marxist human thought is extensive and profound. Affirm to that the Marxist human thought is significant to the Ideological and Political Education.The third part:It describes the concept of paradigm and the Ideological and Political Education Paradigm. At the same time, It describes the characteristics and causes and historical evolution of the Ideological and political education of social philosophy paradigm. Summarize the reasons of the shift between the two paradigms.The fourth part:It interpret the Ideological and Political Education Paradigm of he human theory of Marxism. In this part, author mainly introduces the concept, characteristic of the new paradigm. Clear the Value orientations, give the shift of the new paradigm a scientific position. Lay the foundation for the solution of the problems.The fifth part:Shows the solution of the problem from the idea, the Languages the mode and the environment angles.
