Objective:In the national weightlifting championships of2012,the outstanding men’s weightlifting athlete Huang Zhong won the second grade in85kg,which was come from sichuan,the clean and jerk did3times, only success once, and he had a certain gap when compared with the world record.In order to analyze the kinematics characteristic of Huang Zhong’s clean and jerk action,do technical diagnosis of his three times clean and jerk action in the final, found his skill’s deficiencies, provide the scientific quantitative index for improving and enhancing technology.Methods:using3d video analytical method, do kinematical analysis of Huang Zhong’s three times (197kg is success,202kg and203kg are failure) clean and jerk action which in the final of2012national weightlifting championships. Results:the study found that the twice failure action from Huang Zhong in the barbell began a moment on the hip flexion excessive, in the clean and jerk landing time, a sudden big stride forward under the hind legs crouched low, stretch after too long, a sudden big stride forward foreleg hip and knee angle is relatively197kg in the clean and jerk is too small, which leads to the failure of the movement. And197kg clean and jerk action effect is good. Conclusions:(1) Raises barbel phase:Huang Zhong adopted narrow grip when he did the three clean and jerk. The average station spacing of three times is27.9CM, initial movement posture the two parameters are smaller than snatch,202kg and203kg preliminary squat depth are slightly higher, the movement initial basic posture is reasonable. Three clean and jerk human center of gravity is nearer to the barbell,the total barbell swing’s average value is13.4CM, of which197kg total swing is minimum, which will be helpful to reduce weight torque;(2) Power force stages:in the Power force moment of Huang Zhong’s three times clean and jerk, hip and knee angle have no obvious differences. The knees angle ofl97kg clean and jerk is best,202kg and203kg are relatively poor. In Power force process, the barbell up close to the Huang Zhong’s body, his action is agile;(3) Squat support stage:in Huang Zhong three times the clean and jerk Squat support stage of the squat lowest moment, the flexion of his hip and knee are better. Seen from the image, accord with "straight, stable, shallow" preliminary squat requirements;197kg clean and jerk barbell inertia rise to peak moment physical descent velocity is smaller,202kg and203kg speed are bigger;(4) stand up stage:Huang Zhong’s raises barbel speed is fast when he in197kg in the clean and jerk, the power force effect is good.202kg and203kg effect relatively poor.(5) Up quite stages:Huang Zhong’s preparation time is longer in203kg; in the barbell began a moment,2times failure clean and jerk (202kg and203kg) on the hip flexion is excessive. In the clean and jerk landing time, a sudden big stride forward under the hind legs crouched low, hind legs stretched out after too long, easy to cause the heel lift not, go against the back of the arrows step the leg. A sudden big stride forward foreleg hip and knee Angle is relatively197kg in the clean and jerk is too small, which leads to the failure of the movement.
