This article is one of “Research and application of stateregulation of the national women’s water polo team special physical trainingcycle”. Research purposes is through land-based training programs to developthe special physical control of the women’s water polo team, in order to achievebetter improve women’s water polo athletes aerobic work capacity, anaerobicwork capacity and ‘the Rimmon arm’ the purpose of the key muscle, to workoutverification and women’s water polo team in Sichuan, provide the basis for thescientific training of the women’s national water polo team. To this end, theanalysis of the national women’s water polo athletes during the winter trainingprogram, and combined with the characteristics of the women’s water poloproject, land-based training methods and its training program for thedevelopment of the “shift to the anti-ran”“half knelt formula weight shotexercises”“trolley”,land training purposes in Sichuan women’s water poloteam in November2011-2012April. Validation training to players before andafter training, aerobic capacity, anaerobic work capacity, hemoglobin content,shoulder muscle strength indicators as control, binding the test results werecompared before and after the previous year during the winter, militaryTraining program to determine whether it is conducive to the improvement ofwomen’s water polo team special physical. The results:1.land training after theteam’s biggest raw oxygen (upper extremity) than before the Military Trainingsignificantly enhance;2.wingate30seconds average anaerobic power alsosignificantly enhanced compared with land training ago;3. maximum torque ofthe shoulder joint, total power over land training before significantly enhancethe;4. Improved hemoglobin content compared to before the military training;5.the rise of the above indicators are greater than the rise in the dryland trainingintervention. Conclusion:1. According to the characteristics of the water poloathletes through variable speed to the anti-run "land training is conducive tothe improvement of the aerobic work capacity and anaerobic work capacity;2.“half knelt load shooting drill”,“trolley”system of land-based training methodstraining,favor of shoulder muscle explosiveness, and endurance improve,Improvement prompted muscle strength "Rimmon arm" enhance the level of, the endurance improvement prompted muscles less prone to fatigue;3. Sichuanwomen’s water polo team by land Xun intervention, significantly improved itsspecial physical, Its special physical fitness has been markedly improved, andwon the championship for the first time in the2012national women’s waterpolo match;4. The land training regulation scheme by the praise of the coachingstaff of the national women’s water polo team, part of the physical controlmethods adopted by the national team.
