Weightlifting event is to strictly follow the weight levelcompetitions, the face of domestic and international weightlifting increasing thelevel of competition is becoming increasingly fierce, therefore, the rules of the gameof weightlifting competition athletes provisions of the weight classes has becomemore and more stringent, even if the weight0.01kg difference may also play acrucial role in the final score of the game. How science effectively reduce the athletes body weight, and without affecting the the athletes achievements of play, hasalways been most concerned about the problem of sports experts, coaches andathletes. Therefore, scientific and reasonable pre-race weight reduction method forthe the athletes more stable play a competitive level to provide practical andeffective protection. In this paper, the methods of literature, interview, questionnairesurvey and experiment, seven male athlete of the Chengdu Institute of PhysicalEducation weightlifting team as a research object. This study is divided into twophases, a previous stage of the National Men’s Weightlifting Championships in2012,based on weight loss slow weight reduction methods; another national weightliftingchampion in2012before the stage, based on rapid weight reduction method weightloss. According to the movement monitoring the indicators, the characteristics of thetwo types of weight reduction (less slow, fast reduction, the pace combined), slowweight reduction with the rapid reduction of the weight difference between thefollowing conclusions and recommendations:Conclusion:Slow weight reduction of fat consumption rate is slow, fat weight is not muchchange; fast Less weight stage fat consumption faster, however, reduce themagnitude of the fat-free mass.2athletes in the slow alleviate the weight stage HB indicators (hemoglobin) didnot significantly change; the athletes rapid weight loss phase the HB indicator(hemoglobin) change is more obvious, rapid weight decrease have a greater impacton cardiovascular function.Slow to reduce body weight T indicator (the blood testosterone) and weight losswere no significant differences quickly alleviate T indicators (serum testosterone)decreased body weight, that weight loss before athletes T indicators (serumtestosterone) Most of the decline occurred In the rapid weight loss period.4athletes in the slow weight reduction phase the athletic qualities did notchange significantly, the Rapid Weight Reduction special athletic qualities decreasedthe instructions before weight reduction stage Athletes Sports reduction in thequality of most rapid weight reduction period.5, Slow Less the weight stage weightlifter emotional score and total score were no obvious fluctuations, proved less weight training does not cause athlete’spsychological produce significant adverse effects, however, rapid weight reductionstage athletes’ psychological and emotional changes.Suggestions:1, the weight of each weight loss should not exceed6%of its own weight, thetime interval of the two weight loss stages should not be too short, and generallyshould not be less than2-3months.2, during the usual training right weight control in a specific range, in order tohelp maximize the competitive level.3, through scientific and rational diet and proper nutritional supplements tominimize the adverse effects on the body weight reduction.4, while scientific and reasonable weight loss, reduce weight, weight loss forthe game fully conducive to maximize the level of sports analysis from a tacticalpoint of view.5, the use of science and technology equipment for weight loss phase sensitiveindicators to monitor the escort for the scientific and effective weight loss.6, the weight loss phase of scientific training arrangements, even if the bodyweight has been effectively controlled, but also conducive to the competitive level ofplay.
