Teacher’s professional happiness can not only promote teacher’ professional development and improve educational quality, but also stabilize teachers’ rank and social progress. However, secondary vocational school teachers’ burnout is very serious and sense of happiness is low in the last years because of the reform of educational system, social prejudice, work pressure and students’quality decline, etc. The problem needs our concern and research.The research of related research undertook combing, proposed secondary vocational school teachers’ occupation happiness refers to the secondary vocational school teachers in the creation of material life and spiritual life practice, experience the ideal goal and ideal implementation and mental satisfaction, so in the pursuit of the goals and ideals in the process to obtain the feelings of pleasure, is the secondary vocational school teachers from work ideal to reality the most beautiful emotion experience.Through our sense of well-being of secondary vocational school teachers’ occupation status questionnaire survey and interviews, found that secondary vocational school teachers’ occupation happiness overall situation is not optimistic, nearly half of the secondary vocational school teachers’ occupation happiness deletion; different types of secondary vocational school teachers’ occupation happiness has great difference from the secondary vocational school teachers’ occupation; happiness constitute factors, teachers in secondary vocational schools in wages the dimensions of satisfaction is the lowest, followed by physical and mental health, work emotion, occupation identity, social support, work environment, work achievement.From the results of questionnaires and interview analysis, cause of secondary vocational school teachers’ occupation happiness is short of the main reason is:the secondary vocational school teachers’ social support degree is not high, occupation poor image; school management system become rigid, lack of people-oriented; secondary vocational school teachers’ salary system is not perfect, income is low; secondary vocational school teachers’ labor intensity, less occupation identity low; secondary vocational school teachers’ psychological health, negative emotions more; part of the teacher occupation value deviation, low self fulfillmentTherefore, we should from the following aspects, promotion of secondary vocational school teachers’ occupation happiness:from the aspects of social support, to improve the community for the secondary occupation education, optimize the structure of education; improving the teachers’ occupation reputation and social status; increase the occupation education investment, improve the treatment of teachers of secondary vocational school teachers; give reasonable role expectation. From the aspect of school management, to change the concept of management, the implementation of people-oriented management; create teachers to participate in democratic management system environment; to establish and perfect the development evaluation mechanism, promoting teachers’ professional development; to create a good campus culture, create a harmonious campus; take tendentiousness policy, pay close attention to teachers in secondary vocational schools in the " vulnerable groups "; attach importance to vocational school teachers’ psychological health, reduce the occupation pressure. From teachers themselves, to the objective understanding of self, establish reasonable Occupation Expectation; constantly improve themselves, improve their professional level; learn self-regulation, maintaining their mental health.
