"People-oriented":the Key To Improve Substantial Results Of Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

College students are very valuable to human resources, they are peoples’ hopes and the future of our motherland, ideological and political education work for college students is the focus of the school, the key to improving the actual effect of this work for college students is adhering to the "people-oriented". Colleges and universities should adhere the philosophy of people-oriented, should give full play to University student’s subjectivity, should take the student as centre, and combined with their learning and living, thinking and their psychological development characteristics, promoting the ideological and political education actively, improving the actual effect of ideological and political education continuously of college students. Proceeding from the actual situation of ideological and political education of college students in this article, make a preliminary study and discussion of the actual effect of ideological and political education of college students with the "people-oriented", made the countermeasures and measures for improving the actual effect of ideological and political education of college students.This paper is divided into3parts, the introduction of the project significance and research method was explained, and analyzed in the direction of the research present situation; the first part is about the thought of "people-oriented" to make scientific analysis, and elaborated the University Ideological and political education of college students " human-oriented " significance; the second part of the application " people first" thought and analysis of the current university students’ Ideological and political education present situation, explores the effects of Ideological and political education of college students is the deep reason; the third part of the combination of the author’s working practice, this paper put forward the thought of "people-oriented", improve the ideological and political education of college students and the countermeasures.
