Mass sports is an important part of our country sports enterprise, and it has brought to the attention of the party and state leaders.But, in the process to accelerate the pace of urbanization of our country, The development of urban and rural masssports will be affected to a certain extent.Therefore, Research Binhai New Area of urban and rural mass sports has a certain significance to meet urban and rural masses sports development and solve in the process of urbanization of mass sports problems.Moreover, Tianjin Binhai New Area was include in the national development strategic plan, its construction, whether in the economic or policy has been the strong support of state and government, its various industries in various fields (including mass sports) are facing a historic oppourturty for development.Therefore, based on reading a number of related documents, to the urbanization of rapid development of Tianjin Binhai New Area of urban and rural mass sports as the research object,using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical processing,investige and research the Tianjin Binhai urban and rural masses to participate in physical exercises to identify some of the problems that exist in the sports co-ordinate the development of urban and rural masses, and targeted to solve the problem of mass sports development, thereby contributing to the Binhai New Area development of urban and rural mass sports.Preliminary draw the following conclusions:1.Binhai New District, urban and rural areas the proportion of the age of the masses to participate in physical exercise was two high, middle and low trend; Participate in physical exercise of the population are proportional to basic education, vocational higher than unemployed.2. The sports consciousness of the urban and rural masses as a whole in a better situation in Binhai New Area. Urban residents above the township residents understand the importance of knowledge on the health of the relationship between physical exercise and physical activity. Show that the government should strengthen the township residents in sports.3. Binhai New Area of urban and rural masses to participate in physical exercises was a wide range of trends, urban and rural residents differ in the choice of sports, but more inclined to spontaneous, simple activities; city sports facilities better than the township,but alllack of sports facilities; activities of urban and rural residents, mostly spontaneous, unorganized.4. Binhai New Area urban and rural people hold a positive attitude on the sports consumption, consumption of urban residents than rural residents, but lower the sports consumption expenditure of urban and rural residents proportion of their total consumption expenditure.5. Binhai New Area of urban and rural mass sports organization and management are not perfect and improve,the organization and management of institutional responsibilities is not clear, which to some extent affected the development of mass sports.6. The main factors restricting the development of mass sports in urban and rural areas of the Binhai New Area for space congestion lack of technical guidance, lack of funds and lack of unified management.
