Research Of Sports Public Service Satisfaction About City Community Of Shandong Province

Sports public service as an important part of China’s public service system, through the study of their performance evaluation can be found the problems that exist in the community sports service in China, China’s public service system construction and improvement of a socialist harmonious society building, as well as of great significance to the development of sports.The community is composed of the cell of society,"Peep one spot and see all", by studying the level of community sports service can have a clear understanding of the level of sports public services for the community. As an important part of the public service system, Sports public service system can establish and improve the great significance for promoting cultural development, to enrich the spiritual life of the masses.In this study, community sports public service satisfaction for the study. For the survey, in order to extract the Urban Community in Shandong through the city community sports people in public service satisfaction survey to build urban community sports people in public service satisfaction index model.In this paper, literature, questionnaire survey, the number of statistical and other research methods, the use of LISREL structural equation modeling, in the collection of the Urban Community Sports in Shandong Province, public services, public satisfaction model is built on the basis of the relevant data. Model analysis, we can draw the following main conclusions:(1) The people of the community sports service satisfaction index is currently at a relatively high level, community sports service departments also need to continue efforts to improve the national level of satisfaction.(2) Community sports service loyalty is at a lower level, indicating that people in some parts of the community sports service or did not meet the satisfaction of the people.(3) Community sports service departments to improve the satisfaction index, efforts to improve in the following areas:the increase of community sports service space, equipment supply; improve the quality of service of the community sports service sector, improve service personnel services; combined with people’s needs to improve the way services. On the basis of the relevant conclusions and put forward three suggestions:(1) Change one’s sense:to promote the government’s administrative system reform, transformation of government functions-from the "administrative" type government to "service" type transformation of government, improve service capability and level of government sports public service. Sports public service departments to establish a service for the people of the "people-based" service concept, the public service should stand in the position of objects-people, put yourself in for the sake of the people, anxious people are anxious, the people would think, always the interests of the people as the most important thing for people to improve quality, a full range of services, improve community sports service level of public satisfaction.(2)"Know themselves":the loyalty of the people of the community sports service is a reflection of the quality and level of service, due to dissatisfaction with the quality of service and service level. Community sports service departments should strengthen the follow-up survey of service satisfaction, found their own shortcomings and problems at work, so that "Know themselves".(3)"Excellence":community sports service departments should work holding the attitude of "excellence", from the following aspects to improve the quality and level of service. First, the development of relevant institutional or legal assurance from the administrative level to protect the rights of citizens to receive sports public service implementation and the equalization of public services; Second, increase investment, increase the funding of grassroots community sports service to protect the community Sports Public Service required infrastructure and supply of human resources, increase grass-roots community sports service direct participants-community sports instructor staff in human resources; Finally, awareness-raising, as the object of public services of the public take the initiative to accept the services and actively participate in the evaluation of the service awareness of their rights need to be strengthened.
