Research On Teaching Quality Management Of W Language Training School Based On Total Quality Management

With the development of China’s economy in recent years, China is engaged in moreand more international interactions. A lot of foreign companies see China as a potentialmarket, coming to China for businesses. As a result, English training industry booms inChina especially after China entering WTO and the success of hosting2008OlympicGames and2010Shanghai Expo. For the countless competitors in English trainingindustry, the teaching quality is the key to success. How to improve the teaching quality isalways the hot topic for English training schools.Total quality management is a widely used management model in manufacturingindustry, which is also applied in education industry gradually. Taking W English TrainingSchool as an example which is one of the leading adult English training schools inmainland China, this paper analyzes the main problems it’s facing in teaching qualitymanagement and the reason behind them. And a solution is brought up based on totalquality management.This paper comprises six chapters; the first chapter introduces the background, thefocus and the main methods of reaching of this paper. The second chapter introduces thetheories and related research of total quality management. The third chapter focuses theenvironment of adult English training industry in China and the basic situation of WEnglish Training School. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems in teaching qualitymanagement of W English Training School and the reasons. The fifth chapter brings up asolution for it. The last chapter is the conclusion.
