Study On University Accounting Informationization Construction

From traditional manual accounting to the accounting computerization, and then to theexploring and practicing accounting information today, the accounting work is experiencinganother important stage of development. For the funds operating condition, which is closelyrelated to the national livelihood, we have the responsibility to provide the most accurateinformation and the analysis and judgment of the development trend in the future to thesuperior department, as an important decision-making reference. In the meantime, more andmore people are widely concerned with the transparence of accounting work. No matter fromwhich aspect, accountants should improve the accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness as thedirection of accounting work. Thus, the accounting work can correspond to the requirement ofperiods’ progress, the expectation of extensive people, and the development of the nation.This essay describes various formed perspectives in the progress of accountinginformation, and makes a definition of ’University Accounting Informationization’ accordingto the practical accounting informational work in colleges and universities. Based on thiscondition, this paper concretely discusses the current situation and analyses some problemsexisting in the construction process of accounting informationization in colleges anduniversities. This essay also gives some suggestions to solve the problems in the process ofconstructing accounting informationization in colleges and universities, and takes the wagemanagement and student charges subsystems in the university accounting information systemas examples, discussing the design of relevant process. In the meantime, this paper expects todiscuss together with the experts and scholars.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background andthe significance of accounting informational work in colleges and universities, as well as theessay’s research ideas and methods.The second part is the literature review, which mainly states the research status in therelated fields at home and abroad.The third part mainly expounds the current situation of university accountinginformationization in China. Also, this paper analyses some problems existing in theconstruction process of accounting informationization in colleges and universities.The fourth part raises some suggestions to solve the problems in the process ofconstructing accounting informationization in colleges and universities, based on theexperience of enterprise accounting information system, in order to take the advantages andavoid the disadvantages in the practical constructing process. Thus, the accountinginformationization’s adverse effects on the development of colleges and universities can bereduced. Therefore, the university accounting informationization can be achieved successfully.The fifth part takes the examples of wage management and student charges subsystemsin the university accounting information system, discussing the design of relevant process, inadapt to the development of accounting informationization in colleges and universities.This paper makes a conclusion in the sixth part, which summarizes the contents of thewhole article.As the accounting informational work is exploring and improving continuously, thispaper exists deficiencies indeed. The author will be deeply grateful if the experts and scholarswould like to give some suggestions.
