The interaction is the essential skill to human survival, it is necessary for individuals to society. Only if the individual make interaction with others in the collective, they can gradually get social common specification, codes of ethics and way of life. The stage of primary school is the important phase in the formation of a pupil’s peer relation. By interacting with people, students can learn how to communicate with people and form their own attitudes and values in order to promote the formation of their good moral character. Therefore, the author selects the primary school student’s peer interaction as the research object and analyse its moral meaning of peer interaction.The author surveys the information respectively through consulting literatures, observing, questionnaire and interviewing teachers and students. First, the author looks up the information about peer interaction at home and abroad research, which have a clear understanding of the existing research about the connotation of peer relationship. The author surveys the information peer interaction of four primary school students in Dalian by handing out questionnaires that summed up the status of the information peer interaction of them in order to analyse the its moral meaning. Thirdly, there is a more clear understanding of peer interaction in daily life for elementary school students by observing their life, learning and games. According to the problems of interaction, it can analyse the moral significance. Fourthly, the author makes an interviews with eight students in order to further consolidate the previous analysis.There are two ways in questionnaire. The one surveys the information from4aspects involved in consciousness of communication, communicative purpose and objects, way and behavior of interaction. From the moral quality of good part and bad part to analyze the results is another one. Through questionnaire, it can summarize elementary student’s peer interactions reflect the good moral quality including that respect, equality, kindness, confidence, and sincerity. And there are some features, for example, discrimination, low self-esteem, indifference, and hypocrisy reflecting the morality of evi. And pupils peer interaction that also present a utilitarian color.According to above research, the author puts forward the strategies to raise the moral significance of primary school student peer interaction.The first is the education of respect. In the world everyone is equal, so you must respect others when make interaction with them; Second is to enhance self-confidence education that can build good atmosphere of communication,evaluate themselves correctly, and establish self-confidence, etc. Thirdly, the self-centered concept of communication should be changed; The fourth education can help you overcome envy and distract attention. The fifth is learn how to fit with other students; The sixth is the education of sincerity teaching students to learn how to forgive and resolve contradictions; Finally, refuse to be utilitarian exchanges.
