With continuous development of our country’s science, technology and comprehensive national power, people also put forward a higher requirement to the level of preschool education. In our country’s basic education system, preschool education is still a comparatively weak link. The number of kindergarten teachers is severely insufficiency. Overall level and degree of specialization is still low, far from country’s requirement for the development of preschool education. Thus it becomes very urgent to construct preschool education major’s talents training model system to meet the demand of social development. Preschool education’s talents training standard and curriculum, the renewal of corresponding classroom teaching content system, and the plan making of talents training have great significance to preschool education’s talents training.Through studying on problems of preschool education major’s talents training model in higher vocational colleges, using relevant theories as the support, and taking Zhangzhou City University’s Preschool Education Major as the case, the thesis mainly discusses the reform and practice of concrete vocational preschool education’s talents training model.The thesis is divided into six chapters. Chapter One is Introduction, mainly introduces research background and significance of the research, current research situation at home and abroad, and research methods used in the study. Chapter Two defines relevant concepts, discusses connotations and constituent elements of vocational preschool education major’s talents training model, and analyzes talents training situation of Zhangzhou City University’s Preschool Education Major. Contents of the four following chapters mainly takes Zhangzhou City University as the case, introduces the innovations in aspects of training objectives, course system, teaching methods, management and evaluation when the University is carrying on the reform of preschool education major’s talents training model. First, Zhangzhou City University takes education aims as the basis, on the basis of Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Standards, and takes social demands as a guide to determine preschool education major’s talents training objectives and standards. Second, Zhangzhou City University reconstructs perfect systematic course system based on teaching syllabus, elaborately optimizes course contents with teaching syllabus as the center, and actively implements talents training model of "Multi Certificates Integration, Class and Certificate Unification". Third, Zhangzhou City University constructs brand-new "All Course" practical teaching system, and adopts flexible and diverse teaching methods in teaching. Finally, Zhangzhou City University carries on the reform of preschool education’s major management and evaluation system with perfect teaching quality monitoring, tridimensional and multi-dimensional course evaluation, and multi open evaluation system.
