Teachers’teaching-efficacy is an important aspect of the quality of teachers, refers to the teachers can complete the teaching work effectively in the teaching activities; achieve the teaching goal of a kind of ability of consciousness and belief. In current there are some researches on self-efficacy of ordinary school teachers’teaching. But the related research about the special school teachers is rarely. This study selected many teachers from Dalian special schools were chosen as the subjects. The results showed that:1. The special school teachers’ teaching-efficacy of Dalian is in an average level, and individual teaching-efficacy slightly higher than the general teaching-efficacy.2. The comparison of three different types of teachers’ teaching-efficacy are concluded: general teaching-efficacy level comparison results:teachers of deaf students>teachers of blind students>teachers of mental retardation students; But the personal teaching-efficacy level comparison results:teachers of mental retardation students>teachers of deaf students>teachers of blind students.3. Dalian special school teachers’ general teaching-efficacy levels:the female teachers are better than the male, bachelor degree and above in teachers are higher than the college degree teachers, the senior title of professional teachers are higher than middle and below the little; Growing with the age and teaching age,general teaching self-efficacy level gradually decline. Special school teachers’ personal teaching-efficacy:the male teachers are better than the female, college degree teachers are higher than the bachelor degree or above, the intermediate and below teachers are higher than the senior title of professional teachers; Growing with the age and teaching age,the personal teaching-efficacy level tends to increase.The suggestions:Continued to maintain and improve the teaching-efficacy sense level of special school teachers in Dalian; Optimize the environment of the school, provide conditions conducive to the development of teacher’s teaching efficacy; Establish the developing teacher evaluation system, perfect the incentive mechanism; To ensure a sustainable social support system.
