Partial branch in learning is a common phenomenon in high school and many students are suffering. Partial branch can greatly inflnce students’ study, cause helplessness in their acquision and even make them want to giueve up learning certain subjects.There have been a great many theoretical researches on this topic at home, but most of them just focus on the causes of partial branch on a certain subject or strategies on how to help the students to deal with such problems. Case study and studies of interventions in learning strategies are also the main focus. However, few study is designed to improve students’academic performance by promoting or developing the students’sense of self-efficiency Many researches have proved that students’sense of self-efficiency has significant impact on their study and achievement. Their self-monitor, goal orientation and academic performance can also be positively affected by their sense of self-efficiency.The authors decided to carry out this study after carefully examining the relevant theories and the possible outcome of getting interfered in the latter’s perceived academic self-efficacy.This research will intend to explore the effects of group psychological intervention on high school students’ perceived academic self-efficacy and academic performance on the basis of Attribution theory..Positive mental health education theory and Group dynamics theory.This research will adopt empirical method and will focus on the effects of group psychological intervention on senior one latter’s general sense of self-efficiency, perceived academic self-efficacy and academic performance.60subjects will be involved.Our main conclusions are as follow:1.Perceived academic self-efficacy will be effectively improved to a certain degree by the series of Group psychological intervention.2. The improvement of perceived academic self-efficacy won’t help students positively improve their academic performance in a short periodAt the end of study, the insufficiency will be reflected in terms of course design, methodology and suggestion will be give to future researches.
