A Research Of Agriculture-Related Accounting Personnel Training Mode In Local Agricultural University

Play to the institutions advantages, trainingfeatures accounting personnel is the mission and responsibilities of the local agriculturaluniversities. But the local higher agricultural colleges generally ignore the agricultureaccounting talent cultivation, and turn to participate in competition of personnel trainingalong with finance and economics colleges accounting, this adds the supply and demandcontradictions to the our country agriculture accounting talents, and also restricts thedevelopment of local higher agricultural colleges.With the increasing international competition In the world today, this competitionprojected for science and technology, education and talent. But the local higher agriculturalcolleges generally ignore the agriculture accounting talent cultivation, and turn toparticipate in competition of personnel training along with finance and economics collegesaccounting, this adds the supply and demand contradictions to the our country agricultureaccounting talents, and also restricts the development of local higher agricultural colleges.Based on the higher agricultural colleges of agriculture accounting personnel trainingmode as the research object, based on the theory of agricultural accounting personneltraining mode, using the method of literature analysis, questionnaire survey from "threesubjects": the local higher agricultural colleges accounting graduates, accounting classteachers, agricultural employs; and from "three levels": agricultural colleges anduniversities accounting major graduates employment situation, the necessary abilities in accounting professional talents, the current agricultural colleges and universitiesaccounting teaching content and personnel training mode.Analyzing the ability in projectmethods, teaching contents and methods about agricultural universities with the threelevels. By means of SPSS software,according to the three main subjects’ rating to "talentability quality cognition" and "cognitive teaching method", reflecting the correlation anddifference of the different main body of agricultural accounting talent ability and teachingmodel preference.At the same time, this article goes from the current local agriculture accounting talentstraining target and training present situation, combining with the requirements of thenational12th five-year plan and the accounting industry of medium and long-term talentdevelopment plan, combined with part of the agricultural colleges’ talent training scheme,analyzing the gap in the requirement of agriculture accounting talents between the demandside and supply side, analyzing the shortcomings of present local higher agriculturalcolleges of agriculture accounting personnel training mode, and make thoughts ofagricultural accounting personnel training mode from the personnel training target,teaching content, curriculum setting, teaching material construction and local higheragricultural colleges practical teaching aspect and so on.
