With development of Chinese market economy, the demand of qualified managers has been increasing, in terms of both quality and quantity in the talents market. MBA as a program with the purpose of cultivating and developing management talents, has great opportunities. Meanwhile, the Chinese MBA programs faces to challenges because of the market seeking for the MBA education in high quality. MBA program was only introduced to China from oversees20years ago, it faces the challenge of both localization and internationalization.In order to improve the quality of the MBA programs, many Chinese universities have done a lot of work, including optimizing their curriculums, introducing foreign text books, inviting foreign professors, cooperating with famous MBA universities worldwide, even participating in the international AMBA accredidation etc.. Thus the satisfaction of MBA students on MBA programs can not only reflect if the the MBA program can be satified by the market demand, but also it can offer some way to improve the quality of MBA program.The study takes MBA students enrolled in2011in HL University as samples. The author studies t2011he MBA students’background, tries to analise the correlation between student expectation and satisfaction on the program; then, the correlation between overall satisfaction and individual satisfaction is studied; Finally, some recommendations are put forward to to improve the quality of the MBA program.
