Studies Of Our Country University Governance In Social Participation Question And Countermeasure Research

With the development of economy,social contacts is increasingly close, colleges and universities have not fully enclosed structure, which requires colleges and universities to actively absorb social forces to participate in university management, meet the social demand. Therefore colleges and universities should be multiple level, all-around open, as the main stakeholders involved in university management may provide. In order to realize the multiple governance, we must mobilize the enthusiasm of all stakeholders. Public governance and stakeholder concept introduce, current to our country university management has important influence, based on the two theories of higher education management should be closed to change, in addition, from a global perspective, diversification of college management but also represent the general trend. At present our country university governance social participation opposite lag. Based on the public governance theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis, through the analysis of China’s University Governance in social participation has been achieved, the existing problems and to learn from foreign university governance in social participation on the basis of practical experience, puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.The article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, including the Chinese University Governance in social participation on the problems and Countermeasures of the selected topic goal and the significance, domestic and foreign research review, research methods and innovation etc. Chapter second of university governance in social participation theory, including the basic concept, our country university governance in social participation on the problems and Countermeasures of the theory-public governance theory, stakeholder theory. Chapter third of university governance in social participation situation and analysis of the causes of the problems, mainly discusses the university governance in social participation situation, existing problem, involved in the analysis of the causes of the problems and other content. The fourth chapter for strengthening university governance in social participation, mainly discusses the strengthening of social participation consciousness, administration of appropriate intervention and support, to explore the rational model of university management to run a mechanism, use of modern technology, expand social participation channels, develop energetically and perfect all kinds of education intermediary organizations and countermeasures. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, this paper is on the concentration is wraparound, reiterated the university governance in social participation in analysis of the causes of the problems and countermeasures, and points out the deficiency of this thesis, to deepen.This research mainly uses the method of comparative analysis, literature research method, in reference to Foreign Universities Governance on the basis of experience, combined with China’s actual conditions, for our social participation in benign governance put forward a series of measure, is the innovation of this point, to push the development of universities, to improve decision making quality and science is of great significance.
