With the rapid acceleration of internationalization, the social organization faces not only a single national condition, but also the challenges and pressures from global society, politics, economy, culture and so on. No doubt all of these will greatly influence the health of the social organization, which is closely related to the normal operation and development of the organization. Survival of the fittest is the law of both natural development and social organizational development. If a social organization wants to survive in the increasingly fierce competition, it needs to adjust itself to fit in with external changes. This paper analyzes the movement system of the organization’s internal contradiction through combing the organizational diagnosis study and the philosophical principal of contradiction’s universality. At first, the paper introduces the concept of social organization’s temperature, and then it studies the movement system of the organization’s internal contradiction by designing the measurement methods of social organization’s temperature. Briefly, the temperature of social organization reflects the movement intensity of the organization’s internal contradiction. It works like the temperature measurement in the body diagnostics, which helps to understand and judge the activity of the organization. The purpose of this organizational temperature measurement is to help members, especially top managers, to understand the situation of organization’s internal contradiction and improve the operation of the organization. In most cases, the measurement of organization’s temperature involves both the internal organizational members and external experts. According to the analysis for the current situation of the social organization and the data collection, the process is actually to understand the internal system, analysis the contradiction degree, and then take some measures.Because the temperature measurement of the social organization involves various aspects of the organizational system, it needs to consider the organizational contradiction system comprehensively. In order to develop the measurement activities effectively, the paper introduces six major contradictions for the organization. According to the six major systems, it analyzes related factors of the measured social organizations temperature measurement, and establishes the key factors through the Delphi method and the weight judgment method. It analyzes the problem by collecting data from various channels, and introduces the social organizational temperature measurement model, and social organization’s temperature measurement method. Finally, the paper introduces details of the measurement process application from analyzing PY Co. It also analyzes different temperature degree of the social organization and gives some suggestions. All of these provide empirical research basis for the relevant theories of this study.
