This research mainly adopts qualitative research methods. We interview relevant personnel of education bureau in Wu xi of Jiangsu province, three headmasters, which include public school principal, principal of public primary school only accepting the new citizen children and principal of state-owned private school, and four representative migrant familys whose children receive education in public schools, and some teachers, in order to directly show the basic situation of migrant workers’ children education in Wu xi. We hope to provide new thoughts to the research of management of migrant workers’children education, and provide a reference for education policymakers to raise more scientific education policy, and provide experience of management of migrant workers’children education to other areas.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part puts forward the research problems and value, reviews the existing literature, and defines the core concepts, and introduces research methods, etc. In the second part, we observe the basic situation of migrant children education from three different perspectives. We make the detailed introduction and analysis as follows:the stories of migrant workers sending their children to read, the action of schools concerning about migrant children education, and the efforts of education bureau to solve migrant children education, in order to fully display efforts, pay and exploration of the three closely related subjects of migrant children education in Wu xi; In The third part, on the basis of analysis of the second part of the interview data,combining with the relevant policy documents, we induce the migrant children education achievement of Wuxi. At the same time,we use real data to draw a more scientific conclusion of Wu xi migrant children education policy effect through quantitative analysis that we compare current situation of migrant children education between Wuxi and Jinhua; In the fourth part, we introduce the problems and promotion space of Wu xi migrant children education. The last part, it is to summarize the whole paper, reflecting on the difficulties and the direction of further ascension of the whole essay.The ultimate purpose of the research is that we hope Wu xi migrant children education characteristic can provide experience to other parts, and that we hope the problem analysis and improvement suggestions of Wuxi migrant children education can provide constructive suggestions of further improvement and development for migrant children education in Wu xi, and provide theoretical and practical foundation for migrant children education decision.
