Since the implementation of the new curriculum has been more than ten years, we put forward the course of "three-dimensional objective" during this curriculum reform, the course goal is the target of an overall, which subordinate concept is teaching objective. That to say, curriculum objective is host objective, teaching goal is to lower curriculum objective, but we can not make them separated completely.Only the teaching objectives have been implemented, can the course of the three-dimensional objective be achieved. Otherwise, everything will be illusory. If teachers can understood the course objectives properly, can they convert it into effective teaching objectives. In other words, if you want to implement the "three-dimensional objective" advocated by new curriculum, then they would form a correct view of teaching objectives, to the curriculum, study "three-dimensional objective" and understand its profound meaning, for each dimension to be aware of the requirements, and then combined with teaching content, students, school conditions, designed the practical, actionable, measurable teaching goals. However, in the day-to-day teaching activities, how the front-line teachers understand the curriculum objective? How they design the chemical teaching three-dimensional objectives? To explore these questions, we take advantage of chemistry education practice, through surveying high school chemistry teacher in Shaanxi, Guangdong, Xinjiang, trying to outline their situation of understanding of chemistry curriculum objective and the situation of designing of teaching, and through analysis, summed factors.First, through literature analysis, summed up in the confusion encountered by teachers in the understanding and design of teaching objectives. Then, investigate the situation of how the teachers understand and design the three-dimensional objectives by questionnaires. At the same time, we interview some teachers who come from different area and teach background, and access their teaching design. Then we analysis the result of survey by SPSS18.0. Finally, we summary the results, and on this basis, put forward some constructive comments.By studying the following conclusions: (1) The level of teachers’ understanding for curriculum objective is low. Many teachers believe that course "three-dimensional objective" is just innovative formulation, they can not understand the specific meaning of each dimension requirement.Secondly, the teachers teaching objectives of the course is easy to confuse the concept of targets; Moreover, teacher feel helpless on the teaching objectives of "attitudes and values,(2)There are still many problems when teachers design the teaching three-dimensional objective. In practice, some teachers ignore designing the teaching objectives, some even designed, it stay in the course description of abstract states, does not meet their teaching practice. The expression of teaching goal are not standardized, they not pay attention to the selection of action verbs, leading the teaching objective is not testability.(3) The school distriction affects the teachers’ concept of teaching objectivesCompare with Guangdong, Xinjiang is remote area. Since the economic and other factors, fewer teachers learning resources, so the level of the understanding and designing of the teaching three-dimensional objective is lower than the teachers in the Guangdong region.Shaanxi the situation is between the two regions.(4) Teachers teaching-age affects the teachers’ concept of teaching objectivesAccording to the survey, teachers’ who has worked for11-15years situation of understanding the curriculum objective and designing the teaching objectives is better than other teachers.
