Since2009, the ministry of education in China decided to expand the scope offull-time professional degree graduate student admissions, and give priority to withundergraduate course graduates. In order to ensure the quality of full-timeprofessional degree graduate education, it is necessary to establish a proper fundingsystem to match charge system. Therefore, the author begin to study, besides theintroduction part, mainly elaborates the content from the following chapters:The second chapter mainly combed the history of professional degree graduateeducation in our country development, combining with historical analysis of thecharacteristics of the current funding system. In this chapter mainly through thedevelopment of professional degree graduate, from a development to39degree,professional degree country recruited professional degree postgraduate in constantincrease, the number of the students in the completion of funding to help the schoolwork is to develop one of the most important aspects of the work, so on the basichistorical development summarizes several characteristics of graduate student fundingsystem.The third chapter is to build a full-time professional degree graduate studentfinance system, the necessity of a theoretical analysis. Mainly from education costsharing and compensation theory, the social stratification theory, social justice theory,and through to the full-time professional degree postgraduate and academic master’scontrast to its theoretical explanation is given.The fourth chapter is to draw lessons from foreign professional degree graduatestudent aid system the basic experience, summed up the fund in China can providereference.The fifth chapter is the main empirical part of this article, mainly through thedata analysis, interviews and other methods to guangzhou region four comprehensivecollege full-time master of enrollments in professional development, the development of professional degree graduate student scale, fee standards, and funding status. Fouruniversities on the basis of the finance work reasonable and unreasonable place indetail, summarizes each college funding method can be used for reference.The sixth chapter is about professional full-time master’s degree in financesystem in China to build on thinking, explore its basic train of thought and how tobuild the system. This chapter aims to present situation analysis, in the problemstatement, on the basis of national, social and school three aspects mainly concreterealization way and funding to raise funding for specific operation way, fundedsystem in order to achieve efficiency and fairness.
