The athletic performance of modern beach volleyball team is gradually narrowing, thecompetition becomes fierce increasingly, and the sports technology is relativelystable. The competition among high-level athletes is reflected in the details of theexercise training understanding.Only when they are in-depth understanding of theworking characteristics of the muscles of the nervous system, they can choose theright training methods to improve special achievements. In this article,i analyzed the core strength training on the jumping serve of fiveexcellent men’s beach volleyball athletes in china by means of EMG.I researched thecharacteristics of their muscles effort with respect to finding out the impact ofdifferent training methods on the muscles to find out a method suitable for China. This paper mainly used German16-meter lead Biovision EMG measuringinstrument(the Sampling frequency is1000HZ, the magnification is1000)and SONYcamera (the sampling frequency is50Hz)to collected the sEMG data when athletescompleted the jump serve technical movements and training methods. This article theused DasyLab10.0EMG analysis software, Excel2003Origin7.0to Process andanalysis of the data. The conclusions are as follows:(1)Beach Volleyball Jump Serve air striking can be divided into three stages: Leadarm, arm swing to hit and after hitting.EMG signals measured by the lead arm phasewas more strongly than the phase of arm swing to hit and after hitting. Linyin Xu andGao Peng’s forced muscles were different in the link of hitting the ball in the air. Themain forced muscles in Xu Linyin’s lead arm phase were the rectus abdominis, erectorspinae, latissimus dorsi, external oblique and rectus femoris, and the main forcedmuscles in Xu Linyin’s arm swing to hit and after hitting phase were latissimus dorsi, erector spinae, rectus femoris and rectus; The main forced muscles in Gao Peng’s leadarm and arm swing to hit phase were rectus abdominis, latissimus dorsi and erectorspinae; The muscles playing a major role were the erector spinae and rectus femorisafter hitting the volleyball.(2) High-shouldered to practice erector spinae and latissimus dorsi; Oblique boardexercises to practice the rectus abdominis and external oblique; Swiss ball crunchesexercises rectus abdominis and external oblique muscle mostly; Swiss ball rotating topratice erector spinae, latissimus dorsi and external oblique.Regardless of using whattraining methods to conduct the jump serve special core strength training, you shouldShould ensure that the special core strength training and the jumping serve air strikingsuffered the same load, or slightly more than; The major forced muscle ‘s RMS andpeak in Swiss ball crunches and oblique board exercises were higher than the jumpserve, people could exercises unarmed when they practiced. But the maximum degreeof muscle activation in High on her own and Swiss ball rotation training did not meet the load suffered in jumping serve striking,so people needed to improve the amount ofload or the training speed.Swiss ball rotation was not recommended as one of thejump serve special core strength training methods.
