Research On Evaluation Of Effectiveness In Funds Using Of HN University

It is known that the financial inefficiency is the main problem with respect to theuniversity reform. Thus, to establish a set of feasible evaluation system is necessaryin terms of evaluating financial efficiency.The paper studies comprehensively on the evaluation system of the financialefficiency. First, it introduces generally of evaluation system of financial efficiency,including academic background, purpose, significance, and previous literatures.Second, the related theories have been introduced. Third, the paper constructs anevaluation system of6-dimension and13-Index, qualitatively and quantitatively, anduses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate and analyze efficiency in theuse of funds in HN University. The results suggest the unreasonable funds allocationand indifference in financial efficiency.Finally, the paper proposes suggestions to policy maker, in terms of solvingcurrent financial problems. In a word, it provides research support for the evaluationof funds performance, but further research is still needed.
