As the main part of the current society in China, the Chinese peasants will still occupy themain position within a long duration.Peasants’ social psychology put an influence on their socialbehavior, which affects the course of Chinese democratization.Having a deeper understanding ofthe changes of the Chinese peasants’ social psychology is very important to our country’s moderndemocratic process, as long as the development of China’s agricultural society.The changes of the Chinese peasants’ social psychology reflects China’s economic, socialand cultural development, and also have a counteractive effect on Chinese society, the effectionis duplicity which has both positive and negative effect on the modernization of China.And thischange is the ideology of the traditional Chinese culture with the same strain, which has deeproots and it is difficult to shake.We need a variety of optimization means to guide it towards thepositive direction and eliminate its negative function, so we can improve the base of the Chineseideology during the transitional period to promote the progress of Chinese Society in a positive, healthy, sustainable way.This dissertation makes a detailed study on the Chinese peasants’ social psychologychanges, evolutions and a series of problems in the transitional Period through the analysis of thebasic characteristics of China’s society and the rural community, the performance of the peasants’behaviors in the period of social transformation.It hopes that from the perspective of the changesof the Chinese peasants’ social psychology to summarize and explore the development ofChinese agricultural society, and also provide a optimization of farmers’ social psychology in ourcountry, the development of the agricultural society, to provide some theoretical reference forour country’s the optimization of peasants’ social psychology, the development of the agriculturalsociety and the construction of socialist modernization.The dissertation includes seven chapters. The chapter one introduction part mainlyillustrates this thesis’ background, the research status at home and abroad, the purpose and themeaning of the selected subject, the methods of this research and so on; The chapter two makesan illustration and demonstration about the definition of this dissertation involves the related concepts and theories; The chapter three makes an intensive analysis of the positive changes ofthe Chinese peasants’ social psychology during the transitional period, mainly expounds fiveaspects:independent consciousness, participation consciousness, competition conscious, enterprise consciousness and scientific spirit; The chapter four makes an study on the negativechanges of the Chinese peasants’ social psychology during the transitional period, it is dividedinto three topics:the cult of the authentic person and the dependence of might, the simpleegalitarianism and the over flooding of the resentment of the rich, the rejective characteristics ofthe acquaintance society;The chapter five describes the origin of the Chinese peasants’ socialpsychology changes, gives an inquiry into the profound influence of the geographyenvironment, the production modes and the social systems;The chapter six is to explore the roadto the cultivation of Chinese farmers’ social psychology, which provides feasible suggestions oneconomy, politics, culture three areas’ social psychology.The final is the conclusion part, makes a review on the changes of Chinese peasants’ socialpsychology and behaviours, points out that the necessity, urgency and importances ofoptimizing Chinese peasants’ social psychology.It gives an idea that getting rid of backwardideology is all of the Chinese citizens’ responsibility and mission who participate in thedevelopment of China in the transitional period....
