Since the inception of self-efficacy was born, self-efficacy attaches great importance andwidespread concern by experts in various fields, especially the area of education.Self-efficacy is one of the internal factors affecting college students ’learning effect; manystudents’ perceptions of their ability to affect the degree of confidence, learning motivation, thereby affecting the learning effect. Higher self-efficacy students are more confident, stronger motivation, and strive to be able to achieve better learning outcomes; the studentwith lower self-efficacy is easy to doubt their own ability to complete the task easily retreatdifficulties, so the learning effect also poor. With the development of science and technology in recent years, more and moreuniversities and educators began to focus on the network learning of undergraduates, and howto improve the network learning effect is an important part. Therefore, the research aboutself-efficacy and network learning effects is valuable and meaningful. The study is divided into six parts: the first part is the background, problem, process andthe significance of this research. The second part is the Summary of self-efficacy. TheSummary includes the status, functions, and measuring methods of self-efficacy at home andabroad. The third part of the study is the designing, including conception of self-efficacy ofcollege students’ learning network, basic theory to research, according to the theory ofnetwork learning self-efficacy divided dimension, research in turn explains the measurementsand analyses of the study variables, including the purpose of study, research hypothesis, andresearch method. Fourth part is the implementation and results of research, in the part of thequestionnaire research tool, the writer states the reliability and the validity of thisquestionnaires, proposes the dimensions of network learning self-efficacy and networklearning effects by factor analysis, and describes the situation of the survey data collectionand sample description of the informants briefly, and questionnaire data analysis, includingdescriptive analysis, individual difference analysis, correlation analysis and regressionanalysis. The fifth part is the summary of this research and upgrading strategies that improvenetwork learning self-efficacy and network learning effects of college students.
