The social-cognitive domains includes moral, social-conventional domain,prudential domain and personal domain.Moral domain refers to the events related to the field of fair and equitable interests of others, and others powers. The Social-conventional domain is used to ensure those social organizations, groups successfully implement the rules relating to their duties and functions.The prudential domain means areas that children regulate the behavior linked to security, hurt themselves, comfortable and healthy. The personal domain is that the person considers to be outside the field of justifiable social norms that neither a right nor wrong, but belongs to the preferences and choices to consider a series of events. The development of children social-cognitive domains promotes children’s understanding of different rules in the field, to make context-compliant behavior, and enhance the ability of social adaptation and promotes the development of children’s personality and sociality. In recent years, foreign scholars have extensively studied the field of social cognition, domestic research is relatively little, so the purpose of this study is to discuss the characteristics of the development of children’s social-cognitive domains, the completion of the study could theoretically rich early childhood education teaching on the theory and in practice, it could provide some reference for social education of children including school education, family education. It also could enrich the study of the domestic children’s social cognitive domains and fulfill the social-cognitive domains research under fulfill different cultural backgrounds.The study uses pictures situational experiments and interviews to research11situational events, from the criterion judgments (permissibility, severity, acceptance or nonacceptance of personal choice, the authority dependence or authority independence, and generalizability), the decision locus and justification for their judgements attributed to carry out research. The author chooses random120children from Da Lian City, there are effective test114including3years old,4years old,5years of old, each of years has38persons, the population of men is equal to women. Finally, the responses for each judgement were separately analyzed by using multiple measurements or one-way ANOVA.The results show that:(1)3-5year-old children exist previous age difference on the social-cognitive domains judgements:With age, the moral domain, social-conventional domain and prudential domain violation were allow reduced; severity increase; accepting reduced personal choice; more independent of the authority; widely recognized that a gradual increase, and contrary to the personal events. They could make obvious distinction between personal domain and moral, prudential domain, social-conventional domain.(2) The decision locus of the3-5year-old children to the social-cognitive domains positioning age difference was not significant:parents have a high decision-making power in the various domains. Children a certain amount of discretion in the personal domain, the rapid development of the increasing age.3-4years old is the peak of the children the right to determine the development of the individual areas of decision.5-year-old children showed significant differences in the different domains, in consultation of parents with children.(3)3-5years old children exist previous age difference on the social-cognitive domains justification for their judgements:3-year-old children can give corresponding justification to the different domains of rule violation, and make better distinguish between different domains grow older.
