At present, our country is moving into a stage of urbanization, the demand of social construction service and the talent in architecture engineering is increasing. Talents trained by higher vocational colleges who have good skills in construction engineering technology become spruce. The school-enterprise cooperation is an essential way in higher vocational education.The research starts from the connotation and the necessity of school-enterprise cooperation and introduces the general situation in the major of construction engineering technology of higher vocational colleges in china. The paper is based on the school-enterprise cooperative theory, such as the thought of Wisconsin, the theory of the combination of production and research, the efficiency theory and the system theory. According to the successful experience of the school-enterprise cooperation and the rotation between colleges and operation in Germany, the United States, Britain, Australia and other developed countries. The paper study starts from mechanism of the school-enterprise cooperation of the major of construction technology in the higher vocational school, then, researches the practice and the application of cooperation education of the major of construction engineering in four aspects, the pattern of running school, curriculum provision, teachers construction, the development of the training base, and so on.This paper takes Zhejiang college of construction university for example to introduce the effect derived from school-enterprise cooperation. The research evaluates the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation from three aspects, the input, the process, the output. The influencing factors can be divided into two aspects, the external environment factors and the internal mechanism factors. The external environment factors mainly include the relevant policy made by the government; the internal mechanism factors include driving mechanism, communication mechanism and distribution mechanism, etc. We can improve and promote the achievements of school-enterprise cooperation of the major of construction engineering technology of our country’s higher vocational education in the following effective ways, to form a multi-stakeholder community, to complete the government guarantee system, to set up supervision and management organizations, to develop the professional courses together, to build a group of double capability trainer, to set up scientific training base, etc.
