Since the reform and opening up, especially the nineteen eighties, the basic education has being developed in our country. In this context, as a main exchange position, between teachers and students, classroom teaching gradually becomes the focus topic in the theory and teaching staff, and also made a series of achievements in their fields, but at the same time,the problem always come together, After summary, long-term investigation, the author found that primary teaching behavior is "non-standard","simple, low efficiency","non professional","too many skills show","unconsciously ignored students’s subject status" and so on. If these problems accumulated and can not be solved, that would be not conducive to the realization of the effect of education, and not conducive to the all-round development of students.In order to further meet the needs of quality education, improve the primary school classroom teaching quality and efficiency," From teachers to both the teachers and the students","teaching behavior from the experience to the professional teaching pattern" in the primary classroom teaching practice and theoretical research. Therefore, study on the primary school classroom teaching behavior flaw, has the very strong practical significance.This article uses the literature method, take the Jin Tang primary school as an example, collectting the relevant theory and practice of information about primary school teachers classroom teaching behavior. Primary school teachers’ teaching behaviors missing mainly exist in three aspects:variance of classroom teaching behavior; variance of classroom management behavior and variance of teachers’ auxiliary teaching behavior. The primary school classroom teaching behavior variance is mainly reflected in the teaching, writing on the blackboard, homework, questions, classroom discussion and answer figure shows such links; primary school teachers’ classroom teaching behavior variance is mainly reflected in the cultivation of learning motivation and inspire, strengthen technology application in classroom, teacher expectation effect and the realization of a good classroom atmosphere’s realization; primary school teachers’ classroom management teaching behavior variance of focus, mainly reflected in real-time monitoring, make oneself an example, no language tips, pay acting teachers praise, criticism, teachers etc.The author combined with the research and working condition, puts forward the optimization strategy:separately from the idea, action and system of triangle to thinking to raise the main teaching behavior is missing; from the teachers and students to think in terms of to solve the Variance of auxiliary teaching behavior; through continuing education and humanist angle to solve the Variance of management behaviors.
