Research Status And Development Of Anhui Province Undergraduate College Women’s Volleyball Team

This thesis tries to analyse current situation of women volleyball team of Anhui province undergraduate colleges and universities, on how to further the development of Anhui women’s undergraduate college volleyball athletics level, perfect training system and the coaches and training funds are briefly elaborated, provide reference for promoting the development of Anhui women’s undergraduate college volleyball. This paper mainly uses the literature material law, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and other research methods, to participate in the twelfth sports meeting of Anhui Province in17college women’s volleyball team carried out in-depth investigation and study, draws the following conclusion:1of our province university women’s volleyball coaches age structure is reasonable, higher education, but less training, and most are part-time coaches, heavy task. Most coaches training plan, incomplete content, low level of coaching.2The women’s volleyball team of our province university undergraduate haven’t established player rewards and punishment system. Not to the student athlete training situation, game scores, academic and other comprehensive evaluation, it is difficult to stimulate the enthusiasm of the athletes training and competition.3Anhui women’s undergraduate college volleyball team athletes culture study pressure is very big. All colleges and universities to athletes and cultural learning regulation is loose, not to establish a strict learning and training rules and regulations, causing the contradictions among athletes is very prominent.4Anhui women’s undergraduate college volleyball team not system training through out the year,the training time is not enough. The annual game between teams too little, cannot be very good communication, college volleyball team level increased slowly.5Undergraduate colleges and universities in Anhui Province Women’s volleyball team training venues and facilities is relatively good, but on the athlete’s recovery, nutrition, sports injuries and prevention have not been paid enough attention to.6Source of funds of Anhui province undergraduate college women’s volleyball team is single, mainly depends on the school administration funding, and inadequate funding, seriously affected the development of Anhui province undergraduate college women’s volleyball team. College volleyball team the low degree of marketization, not into the market economy.
