Sports in our school plays an important role in competitive sports, itmakes sports can be sustained development,the Olympic gold medal for therealization of the strategy it has made outstanding contributions. It isto promote China’s athletics glory of the source and foundation. But inthis brilliant behind, there are a lot of heartbreak and issues of concern:quality sports school students drop, students learn cultural knowledgeboredom. Late for class, absenteeism, leave early, sleep, play phone,reading novels, chatting, slapstick, widespread cheating on exams. Thecauses of these phenomena are many students study habits, learning basicdifference between learning and training conflicts, school system,affecting the family and society, coupled with the overall level is nothigh teachers, outdated teaching mode, the coaches of athletes do notattach importance to cultural knowledge required, resulting in a currentsports school students ’ interest in learning culture is not high, lackof motivation and motivation is not high phenomenon. These phenomena havea serious impact to the culture of our athletes. Because various sportsschools at all levels to train the national team athletes truly are fewathletes, the athletes to represent the country in the Olympics is aminority. And most athletes are retired helpless, so the survival of theemployment problem is very serious. After they graduate from school sports,only a single movement experiences, cultural awareness is relatively low,and because they do not have high academic qualifications, making itdifficult jobs. After entering the community, they may be subject todiscrimination in society. Thus, contemporary but also willing to enterthe sports school students to learn less and less training, leading toa lack of competitive sports reserve talents. Therefore, the currentsports students to study and solve the problem of weariness isparticularly necessary and urgent.In this study, using literature, research and mathematical statistics,surveys, expert interviews and other methods. Subsidiary of CapitalInstitute of Physical Education Sports School students in the school forthe study,299boys,79girls, a total of378people. Average age15.9years, mean age3.8years sport. More prominent on the results, a longer running time of Capital Institute of Physical affiliated sports schoolstudents learning motivation and cultural studies analysis, concludedthat, first, the students in the learning process achievement motivationtake initiative, followed by a deep motivation shallow motivation last.Secondly, the Sports School student motivation factor with the grade,gender, exercise time, exercise levels, age, sports and other specialonly minor significant differences. Finally, the Sports School studentsjust want to grasp and understand the ideological and cultural knowledge,but the basis of their own poor, self-control is not strong, the learningtime and effort can not be guaranteed, there is no better way of learningand learning atmosphere, but also affected the gold medal coaches theory.So, leading Sports School students only became ideologically giant, dwarfaction on it.
