with the rapid development of society and the smooth advancement of the basic education,promulgation and implementation of the guidelines of Kindergartens and the standards ofKindergarten Education, higher requirements are raised further against the students of thekindergarten education. To improve students’ professional accomplishments so as to render thekindergarten teachers of high qualification to all the kindergartens and nurseries of Heze, theauthor considers that there are some problems to be solved in connection with the set—up ofcurricula in the five—year preschool education. To solve such problems, the appropriateresearch is done subsequently.Under the recent condition of the society and the background of issue of the guidelines,new challenges against the professional accomplishments are posed. After fully understandingthe basic educational philosophy held by the kindergarten teachers of the new period, we bringforward the philosophy and the realistic basis of the set—up of professional curricula of thefive—year preschool education. During the time by doing the questionnaire and interviewsaiming at the students of Preschool Education enrolled in2011, the serving staff and the severalprincipals of the kindergartens and the leaders in charge of our college, the author has knewabout the students and the kindergarten teachers’ main idea and opinion of the set—up of theprofessional curricula of Preschool education and further learned about the realistic condition ofthe students themselves, the moral education, the professional identity and the lack ofprofessional ability of kindergarten teachers in the process of teaching. To sum up, thefollowing problems exist: the lower ratio of the basic part in subjects of knowledge, neglect ofthe scientific quality, shortage of the practice of the kindergarten teaching in such subjects ofthe professional philosophy, the contents of the subjects in disagreement with the realisticcondition of Preschool Education, the higher ratio of the subjects of arts than other subjects inthe ones of skills, less time in probation, monotonous form, more centrous time in probationand the shortage of the guide of teachers and the systematism in probation, which supply therealistic foundation and the practical basis for the set—up of the professional curricula of thefive—year Preschool Education. In conjunction with the real condition of the set—up of the curricula of our college, based on the re—oriented object and the standard of cultivation, theauthor put forward the basic principle of the set—up of the curricula and general design of theformula of the curricula. As for the problems existing in the interview and questionnaire, theauthor give such suggestions as: pay more attention to cultivation of the students’ scientificquality and combination of the professional subjects of philosophy with practice, intensify ofthe curriculum reform, carry out vigorously extra—curricular activities, improve the students’professional accomplishments and meanwhile value the feasibility and practicality of thesubjects of methods and skills and practice, stress the diverse forms of practice and do theeducational practical base construction. Undoubtedly, the author simultaneously also probes thecourse program how to carry out efficiently and how to guarantee the process.
