With the further development of our society and economy, the social demand fortalents of high level is increasing. The government expands the enrollment scale ofgraduate students intending to meet the social demand for advanced applied talents.Especially in recent years, the number of graduate student enrollment is increasing yearly.The vigorous development of graduate education makes our country enter the ranks of thecountry education. With the quantity growth of the graduate student, the quality hasbecome the focus of the government’s, schools’, students’and social’s concern.In response to the national expansion of graduate student enrollment, our school alsofind that our school student types are diversified than before, the source structure isbecoming more and more complicated. In addition, cultivation of full-time professionalmaster is also popular in recent years, how to cultivate professional master to meet theneed of senior applied talents for the society makes us continue to explore. The newsituation gradually makes us realize that the original graduate training mode may have notadapted to the present situation of the graduate training now. How to cultivate high qualitystudents in line with the conditions has become an important problem we now face.In view of the current graduate training problems that may arise, we summarize therelated aspects of graduate training mode, according to the concept of training mode ofgraduate students, and design a questionnaire of graduate training mode which targets thepossible problems appearing on the stage of graduate training to investigate the specificsituation of the graduate students in our school, find some problems from the students andimprove our existing graduate training model from the point of view of students to make acontribution to better training of graduate students in our school.
