Evaluation Research Of County Public Sports Service System Construction In Shanxi Province

With the development of our country’s economy, people’s livingstandard is increasing day by day, health become the most urgentneed for residents. Public sports service is an important part ofgovernmental public service ability, has great significance forensuring residents’ health. The purpose of this thesis is tounderstand the current satisfaction evaluation of residents to thecounty public sports service system construction in ShanxiProvince, in order to have a evaluation and research on it. To providecorresponding suggestions to the construction of county publicsports service system, hoping to provide reference for furtherdevelopment of the county public sports service system in ShanxiProvince, in order to promote the development of county publicsports service system construction in Shanxi Province.This research mainly uses literature material method, interviewmethod, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, basedon collecting relevant data of public sports service systemconstruction, to establish suitable evaluation index for countypublic sports service system construction in Shanxi Province. Afterscreened the evaluation index by expert, this thesis mainly studythe four system--the sports facilities construction system, sportsactivities system, sports organization system and information system, established18secondary indexes and designed the publicquestionnaire of county public sports service system constructionin Shanxi Province. Respondents chosen from, Datong, ShuoZhou,Jinzhong, Lvliang, Linfen, Changzhi, Yuncheng, seven countyresidents in Shanxi Province, to deal with data mainly throughdescriptive statistics, independent sample test and single factoranalysis of variance.Researches showed that, from the beginning of new China toearly21st century, county public sports service system of ShanxiProvince construction has made great breakthrough and had afaster development in the sports ground service, sports activitiesservice, sports organizations and sports information services;County residents have lower satisfaction in sports service andsports activities service, sports organizations and sportsinformation services of county public sports construction system inShanxi Province; The satisfaction of residents in different age onsports organizations and sports information service is different,residents with different education background have differencesattitude to four aspects of county public sports serviceconstruction system, urban and rural residents have differenceseither.The thesis puts forward the following suggestions:implementing "people-oriented" service concept; Transforminggovernment functions and building a service-oriented government;Allocating sports resources rationally and balancing urban andrural sports public services; Establishing and perfecting theperformance evaluation system of sports public service sports system.
