The relationship between teachers and students is one of the most basic relationships in education practice, which can produce the quality of education directly and has a profound influence. The most urgent and problem is to recognize the present problems which exist in the relationship between teachers and students of primary and secondary schools and to resolve scientifically. In recent years, the educational events that are not in accord with occupational ethics of teachers of primary and secondary schools’teachers are frequent in the Internet media, which cause widespread attention, and the teachers’occupational moral issues become the focus of discussion. Teachers’occupational morality is the most basic moral standards which teachers should comply with, which affects directly the teachers’educational ideas, behavior, attitude, quality and so on and which also influence the effective communication between teachers and students. Teachers’virtue is the concept of educational ethics, which is an inner moral quality that teachers obtain through thecontinuous learning and summary in the educational practice, which isalso the interiorization of teachers’ occupational morality and theindividual manifestation, it has a role of guidance and constraint ofteachers’ ideology, behavior, attitude etc. Therefore, In the light ofteachers, the obtain and the process of improvement is the process ofself occupational morality and professional quality, which promotes theharmonious relationship between teachers and students.In view of the important role of teachers’ virtue, this article is toresearch the present situation and lifting problems to think from theteachers’ perspective of the relationship between teachers andstudents in the primary and secondary schools. This article analysesand researches the survey data in detail, which is based on the baseproject---"The Improvement Study of the Research on the occupationalmorality of primary and secondary teachers" of teacher educationresearch center of Shanxi Normal University. Study found that therelationship between teachers and students in the primary andsecondary schools shows a good condition at the present stage, mostof teachers can do care for students. Although the phenomenon ofsarcasm, discrimination, the corporal punishment significantly reduces,it still exists. Furthermore, the problems of "receiving gifts","paidtutor" are increasingly serious, which influences the relationship between teachers and students. Further analysis found that theproblems that exist in the relationship between teachers and studentsare that some teachers are lack of due respect, appropriate equalityand necessary trust. Although there are many influential factors, themain is the problem of teachers’ occupational morality. Therefore thereare many recommendations to be put forward to promote therelationship between teachers and students from the view teachers’morality at the end of this article. Firstly, from the view of improvingteachers’ virtue, it let teachers through teaching practice in depth, andextensive learning and thinking, and adhere to the review and summaryto improve themselves’ moral quality and occupational accomplishment.Secondly on that basis, from the three perspectives of respecting forthe students, equal treatment for students, and understanding and trustfor students, we should change the attitudes toward students andquality to effectively improve the relationship between teachers andstudents in the primary and secondary schools.
