With the further deepening of market economy and the current society educationopening to the outside world, to the survival and development of vocational educationhas a great influence, especially for the secondary vocational education of deaf schooland employments of deaf students. It also exposed many problems that exist inemployment-oriented specialty setting of deaf school secondary vocational education.Reasonable professional setting is the social demand and deaf school of secondaryvocational education work closely with the link. With the promulgation and implementation of《nationalmedium and long-term education reform and development plan outline (2010-2020)》(2010), requirements "vigorously develop vocational education" and "service as tenet,employment as the guidance, promote the teaching reform of education";In January2014, the release of《special education promotion plan (2014-2016)》,demanding"expand the scale of secondary vocational school recruit students for the disabled, inclose connection with the development of economic and social needs and the disabledfeatures reasonable adjust professional structure, for students with disabilities toprovide more choice". So the secondary vocational education reform of our countryhas entered a new stage.In this background, in terms of research method and approach, this paper mainlyadopts the literature method, comparison method and investigation method,. Thisarticle is from vocational education idea of "taking employment as the guidance",demonstrates the deaf school secondary vocational specialties of employmentguidance theory, characteristics. And starting from the present situation of deaf schoolsecondary vocational specialties, analyzes the specialties of the achievements andexisting problems, influence factors, summed up the employment as the guidance ofthe deaf college professional setting principles and methods of secondary vocationaleducation. Finally, it puts forward seven countermeasures for the employment-orientedspecialty setting of deaf people secondary vocational: Firstly, on the premise of deafstudents needs and characteristics and reasonable set up new specialties; Secondly,based on market needs, to speed up the professional set up and adjust; Thirdly, withlocal industry advantage as an opportunity to set up characteristic specialty; Fourth, touniversity-enterprise cooperation as the way and realize industry to participate inprofessional Settings; Fifth, based on vocational schools and colleges and universitiesresources, expand the professional set up space; Sixth, the teachers troop constructionas security, enhance professional competence; Seventh, the government-led, theestablishment of professional Settings information consulting evaluation institutionsand funds investment mechanism.
