The Cultivation Of Fundamental Music Teaching Staff From Music Course’s3D Target

In order to better adapt to music teaching revolution, the Ministry of education makes revisions on’music courses standard (2011edition)’in2011. It shows that fundamental music course teaching steps into a new stable period. Anyway, it will have strong impact on current teaching system and new requirements for educators. In recent three years’ practice, the author finds the major issues for course revolution practice is lack of excellent basic education teachers, especially in rural areas.In this thesis, it will start from music teaching target and discuss how to foster teachers by means of three-dimensional object guide. For course target is the core of course value, it makes regulations on course teaching final achieving result from the visible viewpoint. Therefore, the author believes that excellent fundamental educators should be qualified with fulfilling music course target abilities. High normal school is the cradle for fundamental teachers, hence music education major should grasp the opportunities of course revolutions, based on three-dimensional target, and adjust talents training target to meet the fundamental education development demands.This thesis mainly covers three chapters. Chapter1mainly makes analysis of quality structure which fundamental music teachers should have under new course context. Chapter2mainly focuses on analyzing music course teachers’current situation in rural areas. Chapter3mainly provides strategies for fostering excellent fundamental teaching staff.
