With the rapid development pace of the society, people’s cultural quality is improving, people pay more attention to the higher education has also increased year by year. The only selection as a means of China’s tens of millions of students to the higher education, the college entrance examination as a mountain, a student studying twelve years of burden. However, few failed to get professional help and intervention, in social work practice in recent years, research on the university entrance exam drop-off student psychological adjustment is even less.In this paper, the method of case social work on psychological adjustment entrance students were involved, through the investigation on the entrance students psychological conditions, analysis and summary of the psychological characteristics of students and the necessity in need of social work intervention, and select two cases of practical research, based on the above research results and the survey results as the basis, from the school, family, society, the four aspects of psychological discomfort countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the university entrance exam drop-off student, and expounds the psychological discomfort should take measures to prevent entrance students, so as to help the university entrance exam drop-off student psychological adjustment and build social support networks for the purpose of.
